Radar is a 2–3-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing just 7–8 pounds. With his rich rust-colored coat, white chest, and big, expressive ears, he’s as handsome as he is unique. Radar came from a hoarding situation where he didn’t receive much socialization, but he’s making incredible progress every day. Though shy at first, once he’s in your lap, he completely relaxes—often flipping onto his back for a nap, knowing he’s safe.
