Soft, sweet, and quietly charming—Akira is the definition of a lovebug. He’s the kind of dog who simply wants to be with you: on your lap, at your feet, or trailing behind you from room to room like it’s his full-time job.

He adores being held, thrives on attention, and greets his people with pure joy when they come home. If you work from home, be prepared—Akira believes personal space is optional and companionship is mandatory.

🏡 Life With Akira

Inside the home, Akira is calm, respectful, and easy to live with. He is mostly house-trained, doing his business outside with the occasional poop-pad assist in one consistent spot. He’s crated at night and when needed—he may protest briefly, but settles quickly. No destruction, no chaos.

• 🐶 Does well with other dogs and has a soft, polite play style
• 💛 Slightly submissive with larger dogs
• 🌿 Loves running in the yard, especially with another dog nearby
• 🍽️ Shares food and space well—no resource guarding

Because Akira is still a young pup, he’ll need an active home that can provide daily exercise, structure, continued training, and engagement to help him grow into a confident, well-rounded adult dog.

Akira will require regular grooming and coat maintenance, including routine brushing and professional grooming. He’s still learning the ropes with grooming and will do best with a patient adopter committed to keeping him on a consistent schedule.

Akira came from a tough start and is still figuring out toys and play. He may not be toy-obsessed—but what he lacks in toy drive, he more than makes up for in heart.
