UPDATE: Syndey has been rescued by Helping Herders Rescue and is currently now on a foster to adopt! Let’s go Syndey! 🐶
Syndey is a senior female Boxer, who caught Rocky’s eye not only for looking so similar to his passed soul dog Flip but also due to her nervous and frozen nature. It turns out she came in just the day prior to Rocky discovering her, so she was still trying to orient herself. Syndey did belong to a home with an owner, however the owner unfortunately passed away from cancer. The owner’s family member took over care of Syndey, however now is unable to care for her anymore; no reason at this time is known.
Syndey eventually allows Rocky to pet her, and although the scoop is a bit too much for her at this time, it’s clear that she is still grieving of her old life and is in need of a patient new family that will love her all the same. She is now available at Animal Friends of the Valleys.
Syndey was recently pulled by Helping Herders Rescue, and was originally from Animal Friends of the Valleys in Wildomar, CA.
