Tobi is a spunky, curious, and playful pup who brings endless joy to his foster home. Much like a human toddler, he’s always exploring, getting into things, and making sure you know when he misplaces his favorite toy. While he’s still working on potty training, he’s making progress and will need patience as he learns. His little legs, big heart, and endless enthusiasm make him an unforgettable companion!

Tobi is toy-obsessed and loves to play, but he prefers to decide when and how! He enjoys zoomies, chewing on anything he can reach, and has an impressive vertical jump—watch out NBA! He can be a bit protective of his toys, so if there’s another dog in the home, managing playtime will be important. But despite his mischievous ways, Tobi has a heart full of love—his tail never stops wagging, and he loves to snuggle up after a fun-filled day.

What Tobi Needs in a Home:

✔ Fenced yard – He loves the outdoors and needs space to run.
✔ Someone home often – He craves companionship and doesn’t do well alone for long.
✔ Small, submissive female dog preferred – He plays well with others but does best with the right match.
